Symetrix 社で開発された新しい不揮発性メモリ CeRAMが、ARM社がこの10月に設立を発表した Cerfe Lab社 において商品化を目指すこととなった。30年を越える基礎研究を経て、最近の5年間、ARM社と強力な協力関係のもとに商品化に向けて取り組んできた。今月、10月2日ARM社のスピンオフとして新会社を設立し、本格的な推進を図っていくこととなった。
